ABOUT SAMIDH
Samidh spent over a decade as a partner at two major international law firms. During this time, he led high-profile, complex representations on behalf of both institutional and individual clients, including major international and domestic financial institutions, financial services companies, private equity firms, and hedge funds. In addition, Samidh conducted sensitive internal investigations and defended clients in cutting-edge forfeiture and sanctions actions initiated by the government. He achieved successful resolutions for his clients in matters involving criminal and civil forfeiture, regulatory enforcement actions, corporate investigations, securities litigation, complex commercial and employment litigation, international arbitrations, and bankruptcy litigation. He successfully tried commercial cases both in federal court, Delaware Chancery court and arbitrations. Of equal importance, he constructed creative and holistic strategies to maximize client interests when faced with adversity, be it from government inquiry or litigation adversaries.

He successfully prosecuted cases involving obstruction of justice, racketeering, firearms, narcotics, and public corruption charges, including a high-profile public corruption case involving a New York State Senator. During his tenure with the Department of Justice, he conducted thirteen federal criminal jury trials and argued numerous appeals.
Samidh has represented numerous institutions and individuals located abroad in matters involving multiple international jurisdictions. Among his many such engagements, Samidh has led multiple litigations and internal investigations for companies and individuals based in China, Germany, and India, securing outstanding results for clients in both civil and criminal matters.
