ABOUT HENRY
Henry comprehensively oversees the firm’s operational and administrative functions, including business development and marketing, IT and cybersecurity, HR and recruiting, finance and accounting, and business transition. In addition to managing the firm’s business and legal services providers, he leverages both accessible and cutting-edge software solutions in sensible, intuitive ways to improve productivity and collaboration. Henry’s active participation in nearly all aspects of the firm’s operations enables him to formulate and implement structures and processes to advance the firm’s long-term, strategic growth. He balances multiple projects across different business and litigation demands, and thrives in the fast-paced, dynamic setting of start-up litigation boutiques.
Previously, Henry simultaneously held paralegal and operations hybrid roles at three other New York law firms, where he was the “go-to” team member in litigation before various federal courts and the New York state court, as well as in various matters before JAMS, PTAB, and USCIS. Henry’s litigation experience include providing support in a month-long multi-patent infringement jury trial, a two-week corporate governance dispute arbitration, and briefing and oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals. In addition to his double-concentration in Political Science and Psychology from Columbia University, he completed the Paralegal Studies program at New York University and coursework in Computer Science at Fordham University.
Henry volunteers at the Seattle Art Museum and OneAmerica, an immigrant rights advocacy organization, and has completed two NYC Marathons.
